Overdone-not intuitive

I want intuitive. Something I do not have to think about. I want to click add note type and have it go to my notifications. I have gotten it t work but not everytime. Ive read the Help, of course. Theres a bunch of these apps out there. Want to save time not waste it. Good try, though :)
